Exhibit statement (as seen in last video): “While drawing can be a starting point to create and plan, for me, it encompasses my work wholly. I build and layer up surfaces with ceramic materials or 2-D media with utilizing printmaking processes. It transforms what I see, and perceive, to be obscured again in my imagination, and reveals itself from what emerges through my drawing. The ceramic work is like vignettes or artifacts from my perception and memory. And the prints are a place to let my mind wander.”
